Chantelle - BA Hons Education & Professional Studies (level 6), Chantelle has 2 children.

Hayley S - Level 3 childcare, 10 years childcare experience. Hayley has three children.

Amy S - Level 3 childcare, over 10 years nursery experience. Amy has one child.

Amy P - Level 3 childcare (incl BA Education level 6)over 6 years experience.  Amy P has two children.

Olivia - Level 3 childcare, one child.

Sammie - Level 2 childcare.  Due to gain her level 3 in June 2023.

Donna - Level 3 childcare.  First Aid and safeguarding.

Tracey B - Nursery Level 6 childcare, 20+ years experience of working in a childcare environment, first aid, safeguarding, food safety. 2 children, 2 grandchildren.

Mrs Brown - Qualified Teacher (QTS), Mrs Brown has worked in childcare for her career and has huge experience of working in reception class for many years.

Natalie M - NVQ Level 3 childcare. Natalie started working in childcare over 11 years ago. She has three children

There are currently six staff continuing their professional development at Padiwacks including degree courses, Level 5 , Level 4 and Level 3 childcare. The development of staff is ongoing and we help staff by providing assistance, covering training costs and paying for their time attending courses throughout their time at Padiwacks. We attend numerous childcare courses every term and share our knowledge throughout our setting.

All staff receive benefits including company bonuses, prizes for worker of the month, staff discount with specific retailers, statutory holidays and pension. This includes every member of staff at Padiwacks Burnley Bees. We cover DBS costs and all training costs including first aid and safeguarding.
